To be eligible to receive care at Community Helping Hands Clinic, Inc., an applicant must meet the following qualifications:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Be between the ages of eighteen and sixty-five<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Have a family income of less than 200% of the current Federal Poverty Level<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Cannot have, nor qualify for Medicaid, Peach Care, Medicare or any other form of health care insurance.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
